Hmm thats harrassment but since you sport those shiny titles a report would be a waste
Learned my lesson after calling one of you a freemium clown took 2 min to get moderated

An individual who has spent several tens of thousands of dollars on this game has spent plenty of time probated.

In actuality, you were moderated because you broke the rules. Supporter titles grant no license to break those rules.

To be clear, your original post was difficult to read.

Threads like this one exist to remind those "critical voices" that they do not represent the significantly larger number of people who silently play and enjoy the game, lest they begin to believe their complaints have found significant consensus.
There are valid criticisms posted here in the forums. There's a lot that can still be improved or flat out fixed. But the game is flat out awesome. A lot of people need to keep that in mind. We're getting this for free if we want, and it has more content than 90% of games.

It's mostly the "I quit" whine threads that are annoying.

That they are...
The "GAME IS DYING" threads are also the worst.
Yes. This game has been dying forever! What a long deathbed scene. LOL
Censored.

How does one kill that which was never alive?

This game is so utterly dependent on whales, it has the financial stability of a house of cards on a fault line. Or have you not noticed how they've locked themselves into a three-month cycle of a new gimmick that comes with a new supporter pack and the illusion of new content by getting you to roll another character? To say it's "dying" is a bit of a misrepresentation, more that it has a weak foundation and it would take very little for it all to come crashing down.

OMG Really? A F2P game only works with Whales and Players giving the Company money? Yeah bad bad world. That's like "Website XYZ sucks because it let not allow my Adblock". Get adult and realize the worth of money and stop crying because of Whales. Only those "Whales" make this game possible (Yes even in New Zealand the People need to eat and pay Bills). PoE has the by far fairest F2P models of ALL F2P games and now you blame the Devs because they have to rely on the "Whales"?

I'm not saying the game isn't playable free. It completely is. However, the people who buy supporter packs are the ones holding this thing together. Whether or not that was their initial intent is immaterial, only that it's happening and that GGG's design direction reflects it. And that direction is to create a tiny amount of new content as an excuse to sell supporter packs every 3 months.

And no, not all F2P games depend on whales. Most don't because the ones that do don't usually last long. Look at the most successful F2P game in history, League of Legends. Everything in their shop costs, at most, maybe $10. None of this $60-$400 bundle crap.

Also, I don't want to hear about adulthood as I sit here at my desk killing time between work orders, listening to some kid rant and rave about New Zealand.
