Hey gear seems fine, next 2 things to get are a shield with 50+% spell damage and an amulet with crit chance and crit multi should increase your damage a fair bit, if you want me to check your tree just put a link up to it but most common things for not enough damage are:

not enough crit chance on tree
Haven't specced into powercharges
no jewel sockets
no EE

I use the life leech gem in a 5 link and before that warlord's mark.
