Plan for 2.3 prophecy (discharge + leveling guide)(cheap to start easy to build)

So given that Voll's Devo is a lot harder to obtain this league, should our Merc bandit reward be the power charge rather than the endurance charge from Oak?

I mean by the time we can afford a Voll's Devo I'm sure we can also afford a bandit reward respec.

Is there another reason for the endurance charge?

Love this build. Hiwever whrn I play with my two buds they say its super laggy for them, and they have good cpus too.

Anyone know of any tips or anything that vould help out with this? I dont want to abandon this build just because of the lag it causes them.

for the people who are having single target issues, idk what ur doing wrong but, im on a 5l with an ok vagan dagger, and just flipped my gems to 20q lvl 1. and my ST is by far insane. doin t10-t11 just fine, havnt done higher cause maps wont drop but every map is just holding down my cyclone and everything dies in a sec or less, bosses take me like 3 sec maybe less depending on flask.

Hey sorry everyone haven't been on here much i'm levelling 2 different builds atm, ok so most people lately seem to be having problems with single target, but please before saying it's a terrible build or it's the worst one you've played post your gear and a link to your tree and I will tell you what the problem is, it's a brilliant first league build i went all the way to T13 maps before I got my voll's devo.

So let's not make new player's miss out on a good and extremely fun build with negative comments when the issue's can be fixed.

Atziri's Acuity Vaal Gauntlets doesnt makes sense for a fakener build, right?

^^ its not really worth it imo, even on matrixs hybrid maligros (and now facebreakers) were a better choice

lvl 80 builds going well, not sure if ive followed op exactly since ive looked at so many coc ci builds.
Steam roll maps and izaro, mainly mapping with these 3 flasks up at all times (quickilver needs to be rerolled) the stibnite means i barely take phys damage. GG build hope it isnt to wrecked in 2.4.
TO elhealer you want to replace your amulet and get flat cold somewhere for ee to work properly. will help on st a lot.

Hey elhealer2 you have Lightning damage to attacks on your amulet while you are using EE so at the moment you're giving all the mobs +50% resist against your damage, replace that and take any lightning off your gear (the ring with increased lightning damage is fine leave that on), and look for a shield that has around 50% spell damage them 2 things will massively increase your damage everything else seems fine.

nope we use vaal pact which replaces acuity's

Hey i've had a couple of people doing it chuck me a whisper in game next time you're on we should be able to sort it out.

What do you think about havoc taking krait (10% all resists) on normal?
