Besides, I wasn't really agreeing with Vincendra from the relative power standpoint, I call for a functional rework, not a nerf. To make the long story short, CoC doesn't do what I expected it to when I heard about the gem, it makes for a normal crit caster that uses weapon base attack time and attack speed instead of base cast time and cast speed. I suppose you can see why I'm disappointed with the concept.

And btw there are under 7 minutes uber atziri runs,google them.

CoC isn't relatively comparable to chaos conversion in scaling.
CoC is dangerous compare to chaos conversion to run.

Lastly none discharge coc doesn't even have comparable clear speed as split arrow/chain (even if we ignore 100% chaos LA). Even discharge cyclone requires you to actually run to the enemy.

It's amazing how many people is still completely clueless about how much worse coc is overall compare to ANY of the 100% chaos meta builds. And only build that's comparable requires a 25ex amulet to have any chance competing vs chaos spark/LA (they one shot themselves to reflect still tho unlike chaos cheese and cyclone is a melee ability).

Anyways all these arguments are completely pointless since the gods of PoE decided on nerfing one but not the other.

I named 5 self caster self attacker that put COC discharge to shame and linked 1. You're gonna have to do your own little homework project rest of the way timmy. I suggest a trip over to mathils youtube page to save time...

self cast is still worse, you run up to a pack, you try to cast first, you fail you get chain stunned and you might die, coc cyclone ignores stuns and constant moves so projectiles in air dodges and before that, the pack is dead.
