Full Evasion/Dodge Melee Character

If you are running full evasion the only choice of weapon is dreamfeather.
Im going to try daggers, going crit wildstrike. Didn't even think to try dreamweather honestly, so i may take a second look
Atziri's Step is dirt cheap. I bought a nearly perfect one in PHC for somewhere around 10-20 chaos. You can get lower rolls for next to nothing. It might take a few days to a week for enough people to be running Atziri that the price drops, though.

For your main skill, I recommend you skip Cleave, Dual Strike, and Wild Strike. You can get decent damage on those with really good gear, but they're all clunky, slow, and generally unfun compared to other melee skills. Wild Strike has a bit of a novelty factor due to how it works at least. That just doesn't make up for it being a single target melee skill that's hard to scale and sucks at killing spaced out enemies.

Ice Crash and Reave are both good. You really can't go wrong with either of those. I'd also suggest giving Sunder a shot if you want to try a different weapon. It's my favorite melee skill mechanically. Earthquake's the best if you just want brainless monster killing and the fastest clear speed, but Sunder makes you pay attention to positioning and play smart if you want to get the most out of it.
Sorry man! Gotta try wildstrike out. lol
I got 40k+ Evasion, ~50% Dodge and ~60% Spell Dodge, and about 4k HP.
It's actually quite fun, to see how bulky it can be. Just be sure to have GOOD Flasks, if you do not have mitigation otherwise. Not gone to Tier 11+ yet (I don't have that high tier maps), but I don't have much problems. Reflect is a non issue, because I don't actually hit myself that well and my miniscule Leech (0,4%) keeps my medicore damage (26k DPS) in check

The biggest problem I phase is just, that there is so much aunavoidable stuff in this game... Ground effects, all kinds of clouds... oh, and Volatile Blood, which will blow up in your face without you being able to do anything against it if you're melee.

Basically... have good flasks (and at least 1 instant health flask) and keep moving, as that will reduce the number of hits you would actually have to dodge.
That's at least what I learned for my character.
Played a dodge/evasion melee 2h char (level 94, solo) in Perandus:

7k life
Enfeeble+Blasphemy
Fortify
6 endurance charges
10k evasion
Acro+Phase Acro

Was good enough for up to t15 maps, including Core. (gear/tree visible on my character tab page if you are interested).

I recommend the Enfeeble+Blasphemy, the synergy is great with evasion.

6k life, bazalt, taste of hate,5-6end charges, champion imbafortify. Pushing evasion beyond 12k is pointless, and u dont want to run CWDT+IC. U can use Hyrri's Ire , its cheap and awesome =) Or Cherrubim's Maleficence - dirtly cheap and still awesome. Give blind to your golem, or cwdt+arcric breath+blind.
Just so you know, consistent blinding is an absolute MUST for any evasion-centered build. Blind gets better the more eva you have, so if you have 2k eva, then blind basically takes you up to 20k, but if you have 20k eva, blind takes you up to around 70k.

I also wouldn't ignore block, even though it's penalized by eva. At least getting the block mod on your shield, it adds a nice 20% extra chance not to get damaged.

Your second-to-last defensive layer is movement speed. Get as much as possible, I think a quicksilver is mandatory. Manually dodging is very important. Lastly, Enfeeble with a Basalt and Enduring Cry are probably all the true mitigation you need, up until late maps.

I was actually going to do a dual weild too hahah, so block isn't really an option, but who knows right? Thanks for the feedback

I'm figuring with the Raiders Ascendancy i'm going to have a ridiculous amount of Dodge/Attackspeed/Phasing/Onslaught which should make me extremely mobile.
