It only works when you get hit because it only works for real in-your-face melee builds. None of this sunder crap.

right, cuz sunder doesn't deserve a curse, but any projectile spell or attack does? Makes sense. And yeah, good luck taking advantage of Punishment against Dominus or Brutus. Ooh, or how about all those enemies and bosses that don't even *have* melee attacks to proc it?


Punishment is a godawful curse, its damage amp isn't even as strong as other curses, and it has horrible and often insurmountable barriers to benefiting from it.

Empower is pretty nice when combined with lvl 21 auras/heralds in a +1 item like

Lvl 26 auras are very powerful if you can afford that extra inestment.

vuln gives more physical damage essentially right? 29% increased physical damage taken on the enemy, thats a lot considering they hardly mitigate any of the initial damage. Shame a physical build is probably 50% elemental and would benefit just as much from ele weakness no doubt... I guess that thing with poison being an alternative to elemental for physical builds went out the window with the chaos damage double dip right? If youre not scaling the hit and the dot with all your increased %s, youre doing it wrong basically.
