Already done, raises the burndmg you take form 100 to 130%, not increases the burn dmg the monsters take.

On to the subject of the Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance gem. I have tested this first without the gem (purely RF supported by Spell Totem), followed by adding the gem (RF, Totem, Resist gem). Even at level one, which gives 15% fire resistance, it clearly shows the totem burning for a longer duration, meaning it takes reduced damage because of its fire resistance. I presume in this regard it works the same as it does on players; a player with 75% fire resistance takes longer to burn down to 1 hp than a player with 0% fire resistance, yet the damage it delivers stays the same (because the life stays the same).

Conclusion: It increases the longevity of the totem, but the dps remains unchanged. This will however most likely allow you to drop a (or more?) cast speed node in favor of a burning damage node, increasing the burning damage the totem does to enemies and itself.

what about buff passive skills that increase buffs anyone test that?

Therer are no buff passives that increases buffs.
There are only buff duration passives, and increased buff effect ON YOU(what not works).

If you would read only 2 comments over your inital, you would see, that this was already tested.

Also, inner force not directly increases youre buffs. Its increased Buff efffects ON YOU, it not affects buff ON ENEMYS. So there are still no generaly increased Buff passives.
