More specifically, The Retch doesn't work with Ghost Reaver. I guess you could do a CI build and not take Ghost Reaver, but that would be pretty silly. In your opinion how strong the build would be? tried Retch with a pathfinder,not good, endless hunger is bread and butter, otherwise you will always deal only a portion of the dps you could deal with it. I was thinking here.. Wouldn't be better to drop Headsman and take Brutal Fervour? That way you can drop Deaths Door for decent boots with more resistances and life, also replacing resistance jewel for more dps. I don't know if it's the fact that I just woke up and haven't had my coffee, but I cannot use hatred and herald of ash at the same time when it has all of those linked gems.
