Burning arrow 100% movement speed reduction

I don't know if it would be good to nerf it, maybe nerfing it by a fraction, because there is
permaknockback permastun permafreeze taking out one of those options will just encourage more going on straightforward stacking pure damage builds including already favored chaos/poison and there will be less tactical builds which would be a let down. It's already encouraged by some silly boss immunities like atziri/trio/lab_dog. The only nerf i see reasonable is putting a cooldown on maim which would be shorter than debuff duration (cooldown on enemy, not player). " I would think Tunneltrap's burrow ability could just remove status ailments. Though if he flew maybe we'd see what Devourers look like underground, at last. Just make Frost Wall impassable (and kill quite a few hardcore players lol), also those cages in Lunaris 2 should really not be passable with movement skills. -.- *You call into the void. "I agree with this, let's look at the requirements for this to work: wither totem -- practically only works on bosses multiple burning arrow jewels -- that's probably at least 9 points all told you have to use burning arrow -- lol In return, you do not get damage immunity or anything like that. You get partial immunity to melee bosses that don't have movement abilities. For all that investment, that seems pretty fair. I compare this to the freeze pulse build I ran in Tali, in which by stacking damage, cast speed, and crit, I got to completely ignore almost all mobs in the game when I attacked them, including bosses (I permafreezed bosses up to T8-9 with okay-ish gear). By doing what Freezing Pulse wants to do anyway, I got to ignore most game content. So what I'm saying is, this Burning Arrow exploit is less OP than the normal, expected use of Freezing Pulse. People who say it is not op becasue it require to use X probably don't understand that it require only 1 person in 6 man party to do that.

We can go and declare half of poe builds being op because of 1 or 2 things they are good at. If we will say that this burning arrow is op then we have to say same about most of other builds which is over exaggerating.
Declaring things op there must be solid points to it. |
