Burning arrow 100% movement speed reduction

Hello exiles :)

Today for public entertainment and skill showcase I wanted to show you what tricks you can do with so underused burning arrow.

The core idea was to break 100% movement speed reduction, and it succeed. It was achieved by using:
*pitch darkness threshold jewels- tar ground reduces movement speed by 60% 50%. Used 3 of them.
*scion's assassin's subclass maim on crit node- this reduces additionally 30% movement speed.
*and used wither totem which reduces 30-36% movement speed.

summing up its 120-126% 110-116% reduced movement speed.
here is a video showing how it works on some bosses and mobs:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oVxX8oQizM&feature=youtu.be
Build was unperfected, more for testing things around, Im sure its possible to make it nearly as strong as other bow builds.

Comparing it to ice shot, ice shot is a lot more consistent, unconditionally you can chill all mobs you hit and might be able to freeze majority of them on crit. On other hand burning arrow bypasses status ailments immunities, resistances and offers higher base damage 184% at lvl 20 while ice shot has 146% at lvl 20, which is 26% more, but it starts failing when fighting against quick enemies (in any way when movement speed is buffed including hidden mob/boss stats) and doesn't reduce attack and cast speed which is critical.

What are your thoughts on it? :)

UPDATE:
I have made another video containing more boss fights without filtered bad runs, in this way there won't be hidden missperformances of it.

very cool, can be abused and probably will get a capped reduce movement speed on it (just like ghudda showed he can perma freeze / 100% slow enemies.
my builds:
- COLB (Cast On Last Breath) first ever build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1632595
- the Flash: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1367774
- the oro's bridle build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1409823
Hahahaha This is amazing.
Very nice, too bad it will get nerfed since you revealed it to public
I don't get it, can you explain more?

1. You spread tar on NOT IGNITE
2. You maim on CRIT
3. You IGNITE mobs on CRIT. Fire damage ignites on crit, am I correct?

So when you crit, you only maim
When you do not crit, you have 30% to create tar, but do not maim

So how do you consistently main and spread tar at the same time?

This is a great idea and performs pretty good imo, but is there something I'm missing? Or you simply use the attack speed to provide overlapping time of maim/tar?

Do you invest in critical nodes at all?
im preventing status ailments by using elemental focus gem:

and getting ignites only from herald of ash.
my crit chance is around 50%
In this way i can spread tar and on the same time ignite on kill and maim.

Having 95% crit chance it will work even better.

alternatively u can use three dragons without any cold damage, effect will be the same, but i prefer having rat's nest with elemental focus instead:)

Well, I don't think its really that strong, since mobs/bosses can still cast movement attack skills which for some reason ignores movement speed reduction. For example i had really hard time fighting daresso since he was still using charge skill. Making video i picked some easier bosses, most of other bosses can do ranged attacks/spells when u think of.
At first I wanted to use rearguard instead of drill neck altogether with stone of lazwhar, 3 reckless defense (+2-4% chance to block and 20% of Block Chance applied to Spells) and with second gladiator subclass which gives even more block and spell block, but the cost of damage appeared too high. I wanted to make this to further exploit this setup, in that case this character would stop all melee attackers, have high evasion with arrow dancing and capped spell block. Maybe with mirrored gear it would be possible, but not before.
I thought movement speed reduction on enemies became capped at 75% some time ago

Some nice out of the box thinking involved - I like it! ;)
