I still dont know why are you using hallowed flasks instead of divines? Please :D

Hallowed Life Flask only needs 10/30 charges, divine 15/45 so with seething/bubbling flasks I loose just a litte in total amount recovered for faster refill.

Hi. Great build.
2 questions:
1. You took 2 additional power charges (4 skill points), but you do not seem to be generating any power charges. I assume it's only necessary for bosses. Orb of storms? I have to test it yet.I am currently trying Ice Spear + GMP + PCoC. Works fine.
2. Do i need to generate power charges and/or pop dimond flask before i cast my totem or can I do it afterwards and it will affect the existing totems?

Trying out this build in HC, like it so far. But my question is why use Three Dragons? If your daggers have added light to spells then wouldnt that shock them? So wouldnt it be better to get a good rare vs three dragons if the sole purpose is to shock. I could be wrong though, thanks for the build tho!
