Any suggestion for gear-level-improvement and jewels?

can confirm the killspeed he (+Libritannia aka the Global Positioning System) brought me in map rotation from 97 to 100 in 3 days.

best jewels es , spelldmg , crit multi , attackspeed(for whirl speed)

helm enchant gives 2 lvl 25 spark gives another one 7+2+1 base = 10

is the +1 from an ascendancy bonus?

level 25= 7

helm enchant = 2

that's only 9? Im lost

its 1 base projectile it gives 7 additonal at lvl 25 +2 helm = 10

NIce build nice gear, im trying out a respec scion just wondering about a couple of things is it worth going to templar as scion instead i can take the projectile nodes, jewel slot and get the other inc duration nodes *s9nce my damage wont scale as high as yours im thinking of pierce gem), also i crafted this is it worth multi modding spell dmg, then i guess attack speed over crit multi? last prefix doesnt seem that important/ Many thanks for your build.

If Vinktar isn't up do you just instantly die to reflect?

Unless I am missing something I don't see any reflect defenses anywhere.
