Windows 10 Memory Leak Fixed

"Unable to create vertex buffer. 014D63FC Not enough storage is available to complete this operation."

For me, there seem to be two places these crashes/memory failures occur. During the loading screen to Highgate or in Kaom's areas. This particular case happened about five minutes ago and it was the first time I've seen this error message. Also the first time the crash happened _in_ Kaom's Dream. Not during the loading screen, inside the level.

As it seems it's customary here to post system specs here, I'll provide mine too:

Intel i5-3350P CPU
8Gb RAM
Sapphire Nitro R9 390 8Gb
win 10 pro

And again today, trying to enter a very nicely rolled map that I lost.

I just downloaded and did a clean install on my NVIDIA drivers.
Too soon to tell, I hope this is the fix.

I am experiencing the same spread of memory related errors as mentioned by others in this thread. I have noticed on my monitoring software the RAM usage while playing POE with -gc 1 as a command is fairly steady.

However the page file usage grows and grows as the application is open.

8GB RAM
Intel 3570K
NVidia GTX 970
Not fixed. I've been crashing even more since this update while previously I rarely seen issues. Now I'm crashing more than 10 times in a matter of a few hours, also now POE crashes so bad I have to do an entire restart. Win 10, 16gb DDR4 , GTX 970 , I5 6500k.
Can confirm it's not fixed as well. Never had a single issue in game until getting the dreaded mapviewoffile error all a sudden... Did a fresh reinstall and looked up various fixes pointing to be memory related, which is odd seeing as I'm on windows 10 64bit with 16gig of ram. Please GGG resolve this ASAP!
I tried to install the latest NVIDIA GeForce drivers, a clean install since there was issues for some with express updates, and i had one day of good play. Today the memory crashes are back.

Suppose to be an update today, lets hope this is it.

Great job owning up to a mistake and correcting it GGG!

i second that. not many companies out there who would admit they made a mistake and apologize.
thank you ggg, keep going!
For me, the crashes seem to have stopped.
Clean install of two new NVIDIA drivers and verifying cache.
Adding -gc 2 to my Steam launch options was the last thing I did.

Hmmm...really annoyed...been loving this game..but each time I get to go to Highgate...Kaom's Dream..I get the error message and the system shits itself...losing faith GGG. Re-installed x 2...clean install of nvidia drivers...disabled Loot Filters....and still the same shit persists..
WTF is going on and why is this still happening. Please...fix this issue BEFORE worrying about new versions...

I'd played POE in the Perandus league and just started again on this league,

but I found a huge differece between those leagues.

I'm using Window 7 with 16GB RAM, but have same issue which is the "high memory usage".

For the first hour of the game, it is running very well

However, soon its memory usage becomes insanely high enough to stop POE.

There were no problem in the past, especially Perandus league that I've played, and there should be some problems during patch. I wish GGG can announce about this problem soon
