Hideouts {Do they transfer over or get deleted}

Dear Support and or Community
I have a complicated question to ask, Say for example; I have a character in Hardcore Standard with a fully set up Hideout and I also have another character with a fully set up Hideout in Hardcore Perandus. When the Perandus League ends what happens to both of the Hideouts? Additional Personal notes v

Does the Hardcore Standard overwrite the Hardcore Perandus Hideout?
Does the Hardcore Perandus overwrite the Hardcore Standard Hideout? Do the Hideouts get saved but are on on separate characters? Is there some sort of option that allows me to save and load these Hideouts? So many questions that could be asked yet I cant seem to find the answers. When leagues merge, the hideout with the most decorations is kept. To make sure you end up with the one you want to keep, raze the other before the merge (e.g. by claiming a new one of equal size from any master).
Saving hideout layouts has been discussed but all we know is that it's on the "cool stuff we'd like to implement whenever" pile. Sidenote: if you have any pets roaming your challenge league hideout and/or shop-bought decorations, it's best to reclaim them before a merge. Otherwise they can end up in your parent league's hideout decorations stash which gets really messy after a few leagues. Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.

" HC Perandus will only overwrite HC if it has a higher number of decorations. SC Perandus will only overwrite SC if it has a higher number of decorations. There are no separate hideouts per character, you share one in standard SC and one in standard HC, and then two more in temporary leagues. There is currently no options to save layouts so make sure you choose which hideout you want saved before the league ends and make sure it has more decorations than its counterpart!
