Looks like it would, but running a Ranger summoner and having to trek all around the opposite side of the tree *and* basically waste your ascendancy just to avoid the drawback of a particular unique belt seems rather like overkill...

I see this more as a situational item. There are only some bosses in the game where I would want +10% max resist, block, dodge, more dmg ect. For every other content minions are perfectly tanky.

Since its a belt(2 squares) I would put this in your inventory and equip before certain bosses.

Not too sure, does corrupted blood get on you when your minions kill something? Then pathfinder summoner is about the only way this belt is viable as far as i can see.

You can resummon your minions. You cant resummon your life/xp bar.
