Why people hates RNG?

I pointed out it probably doesn't. You didn't seem to explain why or how.

RNG create deviation. It both help and hurt both groups. What you are saying is similar to saying gambling help poor people. Only an incredible small number of people benefit from it, similarly gambling can make you lose a lot of money. Most people fall on the middle, they have average luck. RNG give little net benefits.
