They do, problem is, 10x more chances on an abysmal chance to begin with means very very little. Likewise, many people are making multiple accounts for better chances as well. Combined that the majority of the people applying for the beta are coming in, signing up, and vanishing, there are far more people who don't post than do. It skews the number of "0" posts invites since there is a far larger pool to pick from than active forum posters.
