Reduce Blink Arrow - Reuse Delay / Cooldown

It's not meant to be a movement skill, its a re positioning, dodge skill.

Which is weird because LW and WB do both. Maybe GGG just does not the concept of a bow user being able to outpace a dagger or hammer user.

It is a movement skill.

It is not an issue of ranged vs melee being able to outpace each other .. There are different ranged skills that allow for use of daggers and Whirling blades.


What are the times where you actually need to re position yourself / dodge? In tough boss fights. Now there are a lot of boss fights with graphics heavy/ large aoe ground spells that cover almost the whole screen leaving little room for a tiny second to escape too. Due to the random nature of these aoe skils coverage You have no way of predicting when you might get cornered and how soon you would get cornered again.

When this skill does not serve that basic purpose of letting you re position yourself in the much needed situation what is the point of it?.

It seems don't use the skill much to understand what is being shown.

The skill fail was not because that player got shot by the vaal oversoul lazer( firstly there was no place else to evade / dodge the ball lightning attack - Its chain and linked)

The skill fails because from the start to the end of the skill You still keep taking damage. it makes it so like you are walking through the ball lightning rope and still taking damage. In the case of uber where the damage is so stupidly high you die for that one or two hits of the ball lightning because the damage is too high.

What you need to notice is that when the player starts the skill he is near a ball and not hit yet.
when he finishes the skill by landing he is linked by chain to the ball lightning ... all the wile being damaged by that skill through the cast.

And your point with that video? What i am talking about has nothing to do with what was mentioned or reviewed in that video.
