I prefer solo, but obviously partying is more beneficial in PoE. Solo players got no advantages apart from getting all the drops to themselves, which is also more or less a nulled point when you run in an organized group.

Solo, mostly self-found. Playing this way helps me manage my time better and I don't have to worry about what anyone else does. I feel more accomplished when I complete my goals on my own.
Softcore, solo self-found.

Im playing solo always. If GGG will update the party loot with "personal drop" i will play in parties for sure.
