Hi, after last patch when I Log-in (3 days ago) to PEO i don't see my Witch about 45lvl. I do relogs many times but nothing happens... I make a new character to check my STORE and the store was gone too. On the website i don't see any character too. I had the Witch about 45lvl. I never told anybody my password or email, so it's not my fault. I not going to play fresh without my store... If i don't back my store I forget about this game, becouse I lost 2 weeks game. Same here. Just logged in and all characters are gone. Sent a mail to support, but I really doubt that will make any difference at all.
Right now I'm rather frustrated and pissed and had to vent on my stream. Being not the only one with this problem doesn't really make it better :( |

I really doubt there will be any answer at all.
According to people on my stream somebody logged in with all my characters while I was at work, changed status message and apparently deleted everything afterwards. Besides being almost clueless why somebody should do all the work to find out my password, I'm just utterly frustrated right now. But then again, that's what I got for helping people with all questions in my stream, trying to build up a german HC community and promoting the game in general. Sigh. Most likely for profit. Propably these are professional Goldsellers and you have a compromised account or email or downloaded some kind of Keylogger.
