Bosses have reduced Curse effect, it makes WM leech 0,8% against bosses. So ye, LL Gem is mcuh mcuh better in Boss fights.

I am bad at math so i asked a buddy thats good at math.

i don´t even know how to calc it but "Lucky" means that it rolls twice and takes the better roll.

so the real crit chance is 100 - chance to fail 2x 95. what ever that is, its pretty damn close to 100.

I'll probably change out the Quartz flask for a Diamond or Atziri's Promise.

If you're at 95% crit chance and use a diamond flask it should put you at 99.75%. (1 - 95%)^2 = 0.25% chance to not crit.

That's only 5% More damage though (assuming 0 damage when you don't crit, which is approximately right). Is that really worth giving up a defensive flask? Also, diamond flasks can't roll Surgeon's so it won't be up consistently against single-target unless you can kill all bosses within a flask.

Hello, been using your build since start of the league and I am a fan so far! Got lucky with a drop and made first transition to CI. Could you take a look at my gear and lemme know what I need to adjust or work towards? Currently getting 5.6k es without discipline

Specc out of blood siphon (life nodes) in the beginning of shadow and use them 3 point for charisma and use discipline...also get rid of EK and add life leech. And yes very nice drop you got there haha ...

Higher Spell Crit also boosts DPS not only higher proc chance on Cyclone.

But as i said, normaly i would not use it with the finished build but its very nice for leveling and stuff.

Later on a Taste of Hate would be much better for Defense and DPS.

Get the Jewel socket under Melding and put Energy from within there, this wil lgive you lots of ES.

Grab the Witch Start ES next.

Your Amulet could use a upgrade, but i guess you need the Res there because of your Boots, but maybe you can find something with Crit Multi and some more ES.

Your leveld up LL and Fortify could be a problem but you can allways buy lower level ones from the vendor.

Your left ring could use a upgrade with more res so you don´t need so much res on the amulet.

For damage you could change your Belt to a nice Rustic Sash.

Oh and what Drey070 said, at least for me running WM as LL is only for leveling and it feels much better to use the LL gem.

I explained it some posts up here, WM leech is worse vs. Bosses where you need it the most.
