seeing and testing Discharge after the patch i highly doubt that it even can be betterfor higher investment.

hey was wondering what would be better im in essence league and have a 600es/600eva chest 5l snd was thinking is a VoV mandortory now cuz of the leech being alot lower now or could i sell it and maybe buy a 6l or multimod a vagan dagger or stick with the VoV?

and also is 4 attacks per second like 2.0 on cyclones as since it attacks twice or do i need a 4.0 on cyclone

Attack speed is ok with just nodes in the tree and a 1.2 APS dagger, noneed to worry about it at all.

For your first question: Sorryi dont understand yourquestion at all..what is a "VoV"?

vessel of vinktar i have a phy to lightning one so i was wondering should i use it or sell it for something bigger for the build like a 6 link chest or multimod a vagan dagger

I never used a Vessel in this build as far as i remember and if the optionsare to use it or sell for a 6L, get the 6L.

I did that last league allready. Even then it was on par,maybe a little bit worse but not by much.

The 2.3 Uber Kill in Prophecywas with a 1.2 APS Demon Dagger with Crit Mult.

Will adding a 3rd spell be better in 2.4? I mean, on top of blade fall and ek.
If my crit chance is already good enough, and I don't need increased crit strike.
