those are ratios in standard +/- 5% approximately, Ex is about 62-63 C in standard, that it's 60 + 5%.

Your GCP line reads like a GCP is worth two-fifths of a chaos orb. Don't you mean 2:5 and not 2/5?

I'd like to add that yes, it's silly to assume that orb values are concrete but it's not terrible to give people baselines to work, and these are fairly accurate. You should probably make a disclaimer that people won't necessarily accept these as true. The market does vary from day to day.
