Dead Reckoning wasn't even working a week before Talisman. They got it mostly working just barely before launch. It was slated to be enabled partway through the league.

I have a level 84 witch with 4x Dead Reckoning for 12 skeleton mages on TSC. I don't think I'll hit level 90 because I die too often but I'm trying hard to get the build to work.

When you hit max skeleton mages, even 12 out of 12, the next cast summons some warriors out of necessity to get the skill to work.

They also know Femurs of the Saints is hammering performance. I plan to go skelemages + spell echo + gmp + lmp + slower projectiles + ? in a Femurs when projectile supports get enabled.

Im really ansious about a fix to these, pretty sure ill stop playing for some days till they solve this problem.
Animated Ranged Weapons do not work with projectile supports either.
Gotta admit that this is very disappointing. Any word on it would be much appreciated.

I mean, it almost looks like Qarl wanted to piss of some people, by first bringing back (the puns, derp) D2 memories and then simply ignore the buggy mess of a Jewel they have added. Come on, I have hard time believing that no one checked if basic support gems even work with it... ;__________;

It's the lack of communication that really gets me about this.

I assume it's because the relevant developers are still on vacation, but hey, GGG, nobody forced you to release a buggy update right before the holidays. That right there is a failure of strategy and planning. Now it's been almost a month, and these issues aren't even acknowledged except to specific players for some odd reason.

The amount of bugs and lack of communication about them is poor form. The league should have been descoped or delayed, and long before now there should have been an actual announcement post outlining where the various bugs are on your list of priorities and when we can expect fixes. This 2.1 update had issues far too great to overlook with a "hey, they're (not really anymore) an indy dev and it's the holidays," if you want to win back player trust, you've got to actually earn it with some open communication.

My hype for Ascendancy has tanked because of this. Do you even get how bad this makes you look?
I'm just gonna bump it, and be annoying by sticking this topic everywhere, until we get some answers.

The more visible we are about it, the more incentive they will get to fix it (or I'll get hated... oh well). It is a bit of a dickish move (and I'm sorry about that), but honestly I can't quite think anything better to make it work.

I'm annoyed too, but I don't think harassing Chris when he posts on reddit about something completely unrelated is an appropriate way to get the issue addressed.
Two builds I really wanted to do, null's w/ spirit guard and dead reckoning skeleton build. Why do all the shitty builds have all the bugs!

I've got response from GGG's Support that there is currently no information about the state of the Jewel(s) and/or possible fix from development team.

Bump. No point in reiterating after all that has been said, I just want this to remain visible until GGG provides some official feedback and/or fixes the bugged jewels.


Okay I guess there is one more thing to say. Even if GGG releases a hotfix tomorrow, the damage has already been done. They already hyped me up for content, didn't bother to fix it for a month, and didn't really own up to how badly they screwed up by letting it sit this long with no communication.

I'm not going to quit the game over it, and I'm not going to stop supporting, I'm just really let down by the fact they would release an exciting new feature and then leave it for so long in a broken state. Every additional day just makes it worse.
