There's a member of congress (Texas) who recently stated that billions had already been appropriated and approved in the budget. Anyone who's ever run a big project knows that everything doesn't fall into place all at once. There are setbacks and there are workarounds. Expecting them and expecting to be able to get past them and stay on track is how successful companies are run. If I'm hiring a mid level manager (125-175,000 a year)for instance, one of the things I'm looking for is the ability to successfully overcome challenges when faced with ambiguity. The better candidate was still elected, the establishment and the regressive left would have learned zero from it if Hillary got it. So far Trump stills seems easily the better choice. Either way Trump needs to have an unifying message right now.
