My usual IGN is McGorilla. I think it does imply that I don't take things too seriously in games and try to have fun and be nice.

my nickname is usually zeus, got this name back in 1994 when i registered at some BBS and my first 144k modem was a zeus modem so yeah .. :)
but coz zeus is so popular i tend to use rushjo in games nowadays, that name is the russian word for "gun" and ive got it from a tom clancy book, some spetsnaz agent in that story had the name rushjo. so well, dunno what my names tell about me and im not even russian ;) |

because the account name i wanted to use was taken i took "geradon" first after googling it's rarity. was ok and the choice of the name was purely generic.
the more and more i played i felt it sounded like a dinosaur species and i was afaid i_no could make advances towards me so i thought about a change. it happened that my original name of choice (my irl nickname) became available and support was helpful so i switched account names. forum reputation and so the choice of user names is not that important for me, it's more the argument that counts in discussions whereever it comes from. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill! As for me, a really assiduous search might find that my Diablo 1 online characters where [UK]Varana and [UK]Mordant and since then I pretty much use variants on those. Never seen anyone else from Clan:UK since about 1998 but you never know. Varana sounded like a good ranger name. Mordant means dry/cynical/dark (as in sense of humour) and is also a fixative for dyes - and something which fixes dying seemed a good pun for a resurrector. Still does. Looking for a mature guild to play with?
