I imagine it will likely be tier 2, so would probably settle around the 5-20 chaos mark. Could of course be wrong, just doesn't feel like a T1 to me. Let's say build has 20% regen and like 300% increased ES from tree(and maybe int on items), then to achieve 100 regen per second you need 100/0.2=500 ES from item, which means about 500/(1+3)=125 ES on helmet, which is like 1 fusing lol. And you also can have resists and some other useful shit on it. Damn I didn't realize ES regen tanks were so... regen-ish. And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. Right, we're all set up for 2.5! And this is going to be the most bountiful unique season in a long time, so let's hope it's good! As always, I'll be trying to collect every new sighting and update the OP but please post anything you see here to help me out. Might be even better than Lioneye's Remorse in the sense it has no MS penalty tagged already on top of what shields gives. Light of Lunaris is very insane for low level and even up to almost maps. Glad it does not have high ES. And the mana regen could enable a lot of stuff if you can be bothered to corrupt all your gear. " As for The Surrender shield, it is really good.
