Unique Item List — Old Thread, New One Linked Inside
" That's what I did with one of those melee summoners. Had Disfavour, blasph Vuln with leftover 65% mana used for MoM and extra gem slot for Fortify because it has no room for a movement skill. Similar real feel like Hatred+AF but tankier. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

" No, the gloves are really good for stat-based builds. You are right. 1k dex for Iron Commander build? These gloves give 250 base life (and +100% inc phys damage if you have Iron Grip). etc... Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

" Sadly, Iron Grip explicitly applies to Strength's innate bonus, not all Melee Physical Damage :P Iron Commanders will prefer Maligaro's - +30 Dex, bit of IAS and Crit stuff. Int-based attackers though, especially Tricksters... Ev/ES is really good, and it'll get you Accuracy (always a problem), and Increased Evasion. Honestly I'm just sad they fiddled with the numbers compared to attributes' innate bonuses. I was keen for CI Pillar there for a second.
Have you done something awesome with Sire of Shards? PM me and tell me all about it!

" You aren't the only one puzzled by it. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1721233 I suppose it all depends on whether the bonus activates on any hit or a weapon hit. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

The community design item was very much a Unique item. It uses the Vanguard Belt base item, yes, but there's more to it than that.
