if you dual wielded the claw, could you get 140% increased minion damage when striking? or would it just refresh the same 70% buff.

The scourge minion buff should stack if you dual-wield them.

Since it said "increases and reductions" that means minion damage support gem will not boost your DPS? Overall, that is a really good claw.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

" Yeah, it's very specific, pretty much the same thing as Crown of Eyes it seems, only increases and reductions, not more minion damage, minion ias, minion crit or whatever. Looks like an item tailor made for me. I've been making melee summoner hybrids for ages and the support for that ingame was pretty much non-existing (unless you're Necromancer) - until now :) Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
