Maybe it ties into the whole "ES accessibility" thing.
Anyway, I really like it. I'd be a bit scared to actually use it in a lot of because I feel like I wouldn't be proactive/fast enough and die, but that's just me. Seems like it opens up a fair bit of flexibility for LL/hybrid builds. One question for you though Zahndethus: why a Ruby Flask? Have you done something awesome with [url=http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Sire_of_Shards]Sire of Shards[/url]? PM me and tell me all about it!

Well, GGG and I figured a utility flask would be a good fit. My first thought was possibly a Quartz Flask but GGG said no due to Forbidden Taste. But Ruby fits the flavor of it, so that's what it is.

Fair enough. It's actually something to consider - we're running out of utility flasks to slap a unique on. Only what, Jade and Diamond left? And that's with Granite doubled up, too.

Would this be a great addition to hybrid life/ES builds that have suddenly become popular lately?
I half expected it to do a physical damage to fire in conjunction with some sort life regen to fit the fire and rebirth theme. Really nice art too. I guess we now finally have all 4 "elemental" flasks if you count chaos is a fourth element! IGN: Arlianth

New race season namesake. Not sure what's going on with the version we've already seen, I guess it's another one with variants? (EDIT: Nope, apparently the design has just been altered.)
 We're still waiting on a way to reliably freeze ourselves. Four new Ascendancy uniques posted here.
Pretty keen for Essence Worm as the Blood Magic enabler we always wanted. Probably also worth noting that the two missing in the count are Demigod's Dominance and Winterheart.
