does the limitation to how many curses enemies can have still apply? so that players cant run 5 'curses' on enemies
I usually do not read popular posts again after i made a comment on it, unless it's one of my own. I wish to have a Black robed Grim Reaper micro set in game one day, grant my wish, GGG

If it is 25% i still prefer to run Curse on Hit Heralds >_>

How does it scale with levels? increased aoe or curse effectiveness?

" I don't think that in case of ranged build it's worth to drop CwDT curses and some of auras for this new support. Yes, it will be worth to consider for melee and short range casters, though you will have to trade off for auras, so for ranged toons, probably it will be not worth to use. Even with AOE passives/gem you will not cover whole screen with you aurafied curses, while HoT/CwDT will work also to curse ranged enemies. Anticipation slowly dissipates...
