People listing items and not selling them

If you want to flip for profit you need to buy super cheap and sell cheap. Buying super cheap items is much easier than selling items. When im flipping items general rule for rares is to be 25% cheaper than closest one on sale. Even then it takes often week to sell item. Also you have to remember that even if people ask X amounts for items that doesnt mean that those items are worth X amount. Lets look at harbingers. There is shitloads of them for sale for really high asking prices. It much cheaper to craft one your self than buy one, So selling harb you have to remember that you have to sell it for much cheaper price than average poe.trade price is. other wise selling takes forever..

Sure when people don't have any better trading options, sellers get half what they're suppose to, buyers would have to pay double. It isn't what you called fair, it is an necessary evil because people don't wanna waste their leisure time doing trading.

What? It's a "free market", the items therein are only worth as much as people are willing to pay for them. Supply, Demand, blah blah blah.

Haha i might create such website to blacklist ppl with enouth negative vote points. And to be honest if it would be popular GGG could do shit about it. It will just result in ppl asking for account change but sooner or later they would drop again to black box.

Making such a tool is very very easy and noone actually did that because they would lose profits.

There are similar sites for almost everything.

But it wont change shit if ppl did not use it. PoE will never implement public trade black list. Chris cares way too much about profits and not about ppl - Garena deal is best example.

Wrong. It takes three. Seller, flipper and buyer. All three are satisfied by the transaction. The only people who get butt-hurt over it are people who aren't involved in the trade at all.

Well, often the seller or buyer are butt-hurt about it later. Not during the trade itself, of course; they willingly pressed the "confirm" button. But they discover something later and realize they did something rather stupid, and thus of course they blame someone other than themselves.

I believe the majority of the butthurt is from folks who let themselves get ripped off. And I honestly believe it's a completely legitimate thing to get butthurt about. Seriously. But it's an irresponsible cop-out to place the blame on someone other than yourself for confirming a bad trade. Instead, the hate should be turned inward, where it belongs.

Yeah cause the free unregulated market concept worked so well in the real world.
Exept it didnt its a flawed concept to begin whit sinds a society thrives by cooparation, while free market just promotes selfishness and only benefits a few ppl at the top.
