2.1 Beginners Build: Magic Find Incininerate Block Tank (iiq33/iir430) cheap and easy

Sorry for my bad english !!!



I want to present my build, it has perfect combination (for me), what I wanted to create for about 2-3 years:
- Armor/Block/SpellBlock tank
- Ranged
- Very fast move
- Good area damage
- Very high IIR/IIQ
- Can kill Atziri


New patch:
- Incinerate was nerfed A LOT
- We can't use "Spell Echo", just use new gem "Controlled destruction" instead
- Incinerate gives only 50%, not 100% for each stage, but +150% more damage still GREAT
- I already tried to use Blade Vortex, it has more DPS, but less clear speed and less survival
- so for me Incinerate even after patch is the BEST spell for non crit tanky char
- do not forget to use "Faster Projectives" gem
its VERY important now
Incinerate is much much slower go to stage 3
so we need a lot of range to stay still !!!
- if you lack of damage just use 5 frensy charges
+1 from bandit
+1 from the tree
it will give you 33% more damage
- so if you wanna be MF/Tanky/Ranged - this build still the best choise for me

Why this build is ideal for high IIR/IIQ (short version)

What do you need for high IIR/IIQ?
- High area damage on 5L
- High moving speed
- High physical damage reduction
- High elemental damage reduction (75Res, possible 80Res/SpellBlock)
- Ability to run all map mods (Reflect/BloodMagic/...)

ALL THIS YOU HAVE TO DO NEALY NAKED !!!
Nealy all your gear will be uniques with high IIR/IIQ without life/mana/res/crit/leech. On 6L one of the gem will be IIR or IIQ. So you have to be able run high level maps with only white 5L armor and weapon/shield. It's really nearly impossible.

This build CAN DO THAT.


Why this build is ideal for high IIR/IIQ (long version)

Most high iir/iiq builds are totems, summoners and cullers. All those builds can't tank. All dirty work for them do totems, minions or party members.

Why party are not very good for farming (I hate to be culler)
- It reduce you MF from 15,2 to 5,2 (see caculation below)
- Some party member are thinking only about leveling, you'll be unable to cull
- You will have only one portal per party member

Lets calc single MF
- you iir350 iiq30
- map iir30 iiq70 more
- MF = (1+4,3)*(1+0,3) * (1+0,3)*(1+0,7) = 15,2

Lets calc party MF
- you iir350 iiq30
- map iir30 iiq70 more
- party member iiq50 inreased (5 members)
- you able to cull 70% monsters (it's a very good party without levelers !!!)
- MF for full party = (1+4,3)*(1+0,3) * (1+0,3+0,5*5)*(1+0,7) * 0,7 = 31,1
- MF per 1 member (for you) = 31,1/6 = 5,2

Why I hate to play totem or summoner built
- They cannot tank, I'm really tired of the constant deaths (unable to progeress after 88 level)
- This build is a REAL TANK and proud of it
- Hardcore version nearly immortal !!!

High DPS
- I have 9K in town on 5L, but this mean 36K

- on stage 4 you will have: 9K*4=36K

High moving speed
- (-5%)glowes + (-20%)armour + (+10%)boots + (+3%)tree = -12% to move speed
- so I use whirling blades (great speed + ability to avoid hard hits)

You can run all the maps mod
- Difficult map mods are good for farming, because of the high IIR/IIQ on the map
- Difficult map mods are much more interesting to play
- No chaos spend on map rolling
- Able to run physical reflect maps (no problem, you do fire damage)
- Able to run elemental reflect maps ("Consuming Dark" dagger on swap convert fire to chaos)
- Able to run blood magic maps (no problem, you are always "blood magic")
- Able to kill nearly all bosses (with right gear configuration)

No gear requiement
- all your gear will be uniques with high iir/iiq
- no mana leech/reger/amount from gear (this is why I use blood magic)
- no life from gear (I have 4K hp naked)
- no accuracy from gear (spell do not need accuracy)
- no crit from gear (incinerate do not crit)
- no no dex, str, int from the gear (for int I use very cheap unique jewel)
- no life leech from rings/amulet (I use Cybil's + auto curse)

Physical damage reduction
- 4K armour + 6 endurence charges + chaos golem (58% damage reduction)
- 55% block (with auto Tempest Shield)
- with Rumi's flask: 80% physical damage reduction + 75% block

Elemental damage reduction
- 75% ele damage resistance
- 35% spell block
- With Rumi's flask: 60% spell block
- For bosses you can also run one purity on life (+4% to max res)
- For bosses you can you "Stone of Lashwar" amulet for more spell block


PROS AND CONS

- Great build to start with as a new player or in new leagues
- Very good clear speed
- Very high movement speed (whirling blades)
- No problem with elemental resistence (76 ele res from the tree)
- High physical defence 17000 armor + 53% block
- Can do ANY map mods
- No problem with physical reflect
- Can deal with elemental reflect
- No problem with mana (blood magic keystone)
- Very cheap at the begining

CONS
- In compare with double totem build have less IIQ (10 from belt) and IIR (40 from shield)
- You will need about 30 ex for full MF gear, but you WILL HAVE this money
- No anger aura (anger add only +15% damage)
- No purity auras (you can run one purity on life against bosses)
- No chaos resistance
- Corrupted blood + empty flasks will kill you

DEALING WITH DIFFICULT MAP/BOSS

- Torture Chamber (attack can not be blocked) : on standart use PoL aura + Topaz Flasks

- Museum (one of the boss have very high CHAOS damage) - use chaos res gear
- Orchard (boss can't be tanked, but its very easy to kill with manual evade with wirmling blades if you have some expirience on standart)
- Death and Taxes (quite easy in hardcore mode, but sometimes on crit you can be oneshotted - 4.5K life)
- Hall of Grandmasters (no go: you are not a PvP char, I want to try this map with a legacy shield)
- I din't run 14/15 tier maps (all sold for exiles)

Boss fight tactic
- Concentrate fire on the boss
- Do not kill weak minions (they will replenish your ES)

Avoid maps mod that increase damage of monstres
- More crits (do not run at all: high life yellow monsters explode + crit + not block = death)
- Blood magic (do not run at all: no auras => low armour / es => es replenish on block does not work)
- Vulnerability (dangerous only with another difficult mods)
- More fire/cold/lightning damage (dangerous only with another difficult mods)
- Reduce maximum ele resist (not very dangerous, because you have spell block)
- Elemental Weakness (not very dangerous, just be sure that you have all 6 endurece charges up)

Most very high damage incinerate build use Righteous Fire
You need very high fire resist
+75% - base
+1% - from tree
+8% - Rise of the Phoenix Shield
+4% - Purity of fire lvl20
With this configuration you will need at least 10,8% life regen to sustain RF

Do you use Alchemy Orbs on white 68 maps aswell or only for those 78+ maps that you're talking about in the line above and below?
Right now I have large map pool, so
- hide 68/69/70 level maps
- use 71 level maps for chisel recipe
- use 72/73 level map to get 74 level maps
- run 74/75/76 level maps (use alchemy on it)
- run 77/78 level maps (use alchemy and vaal on it)
looks nice but dont you have mana issues with this build?

No, it blood magic, so no mana requement from gear at all
U got the same tree in "lvl 24" section as tree in "lvl 12" section

the "cannot be knock back" on your tabula is to avoid being disrupted while casting incinerate right? is there any other way to get it on equip/build? this would be my first caster
