I'm willing to bet that the best PoE player in the world in this category is someone who's not very polished in terms of mechanical skill or game knowledge. I'll also add another condition: booze, pot and other mood enhancers are automatic disqualifiers as doping :P Apart from that, this thread brought NoHandsKen to my knowledge, for which I'm glad. You have to be realistic about these things.

Better off doing player PoE player in XYZ area, with all times being "in general.". For example most skilled player in hardcore might not be the same thing in softcore, and then there's skilled at obtaining wealth ;v

He said it's the only thing that kept him afloat in the darker hours. I've also had two pretty fucked up periods where I managed to pull through by playing non-stop (although being far from these guys's predicament). You have to be realistic about these things.
