" More like "who can get to 100 in the shortest amount of playtime WITHOUT cheating". Even then though, that's only one possible criteria for determining best. A reasonable enough one, but there's several other that could be considered: completing all challenges first difficult boss kills coming up with new and interesting/effective builds different types/lengths of races and probably many others. |
