How rare is merciless mod?

You clearly dont know how to craft. when you aug the suffix onto it, there's a very good chance you'll get some useless shit. by just straight up regaling the bow with the one merciless mod, all you need is to land a prefix and boom, you're golden.

@I_NO REGAL IT! If you can manage to get a prefix, you can multimod the bow, and with average roles, the bow turns into a 330 dps bow, so something like a 10ex bow. Very nice!

You could master craft a junk suffix to block it and then regal.

what exactly is the purpose of this? you craft something on it to prevent the bow from regaling that specific mod? I guess that makes sense.

i have been giving some thought to usign a craft bench as a placeholder mod to be removed later. also curious, could the 2ex mod of "item may have multiple craft mods" be used as a placeholder, and then proceed to add more mods as placeholders to then increase chances of scoring better mods by exalting? does that make any sense?

I got it once within the first 300 Alts I spammed on my Harbringer - together with some crappy Accuracy. The Regal gave it Life on kill. -_-

Uh sorry bro, it's you who doesn't know how to craft. Hybrid Phys doesn't exist anymore with masters, so no you are not "golden" after Regal'ing it with just a single phys mod.

171% merciless phys + master crafted flat phys + Crit + Attack speed = ~ 323 pDPS which is worth no more than 3 EX or so.

If that bow was in a league, I might agree with you. A 323 in a league might be worth going for. But in Standard, a 323 with no sockets or links, why bother?



I'm sorry, but since they ditched hybrid Phys, you're going to have to AUG and REGAL and hope for the best. The whole regal after a T1 mod is dead unless you're trying to make a bow for clearing docks
