Idk about the statistics but i hit it twice in over 5-6k alts. Also hit tyra twice, so by that it's somewhere up there. Though that's way too low of a sample to say anything.

I would master craft a dummy mod, dex f.ex, and then regal it, improves the odds by a tiny fracture.
