Kripp's Return to PoE! The hype is real!
" i lold. thank you sir :D We need his numbers for twitch. it will push PoE up on the "being watched" list, which will get more people to try it. PoE servers might explode at that point. I need more purple titles

I don't understand some people's responses here.
I mean the guy needs to eat right? So yeah he "is" a marketing tool, nothing inherently wrong with that. But he did help PoE immensely in a time before he was the marketing tool he is today. I don't particularly watch streams or enjoy his video's, but one has to acknowledge the impact he had on GGG. And at the end of the day he is "just a player" looking for a challenge and some fun, i'd reckon malachai will provide him with that. And while doing so, he will probably make PoE visible to players who would have never heard of it otherwise, which seems great for GGG. Also if he is under blizzards "wing" i would say he can't look all to happy on purpose when playing PoE? :p I mean he's not a fool. Peace, -Boem- Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

" I'm more concerned with the logon ques and potential server crashes that his groupies provide. I'm all for more players overall, but I remember the launch of open beta 2 1/2 years ago. I know they have added servers and improved the stability, but it always lingers in the back of your mind. I just want a nice quiet afternoon murdering pixels, but it won't be. crowded towns no hideout until probably cruel or later (league) I personally don't care about Kripp, or any streamer for that matter. There comes a time thief when jewels cease to sparkle, gold loses it's luster, throne room becomes a prison, and all that's left is a father's love for his child. - King Osric

Quite surprising, considering how much viewers he currently has with HS, and how much he got with PoE in the past.. Maybe he's in burnout with HS and will only play few days with PoE..
In any case, that's a good advertising for PoE. IGN TylordRampage

" I think Kripp lost a lot of his enthusiasm for games in the past year or so. I yesterday saw his pre-launch D3 video from May 2012, where he talked about how he had been preparing for the 16 hour streams, how he will be min-maxing everythig, etc. There was genuine joy and excitement in his eyes, it was so vivid, almost tangible. He was a super happy adolescent male who could barely wait for the next great adventure to happen. Now I don't see him being much more excited about Hearthstone than PoE. It looks like his passion turned into a job and that is a very different kind of cat. Kinda unavoidable. Shavronne wrapped Kaom's waist,

" Who gives a flying spaghetti monster crap about Kripp? He's a has been. Pick any of the players who do the "State of The Exile" podcasts for a better player to twitch on (I like ZiggyD and his ausie accent). "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration. The perfect solution to fix Trade Chat: www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2247070 |

The hyparrian is real!
This guy is the sole reason I started playing this game. I was lost in the darkness of Diablo 3, and then out of nowhere a giant, head shaved, non bathing greek/canadian streamer appeared to show me the way. All hail the Kripp. Potato girl keeps on runnin'
