True, but it's not like we had a chance to begin with. In order to get it you need to be extremely competitive on the first few days of the league.

Forgive me if this sounds cynical (it's not meant to be, just realistic), but you have no chance whatsoever of winning unless you're one of maybe a hundred or so people who are at the tip top of racing. Presumably these people are all very keen on the game and already have beta access.

ROFL stupid crying thread. Yeah I am emo as well as I would love one of these BUT I do not play and cannot play 20+ hours a day.
The people who are in line to win this weather they are in beta or NOT are those top 10-15 people who are on the top race list every time. You and the rest of the 99% of the community will never come close even if you spent years in beta and 'they' the top percent never touched beta. It takes them hours to get into Merciless by that time you are just arriving in Act4 normal or Act1 Cruel. With 150 points in race seasons even if you no lifed beta you still would have no chance.

Unless all the top streamers go dark because they want to keep the end boss info to themselves, I don't think there will too much of a difference between actually experiencing the fight and watching a stream. I.e. most of the information will be available until Friday. :-)

Agreed and once killed in normal (which is easy), they know the fight and layouts for the next difficulties.

Those that perform the best will plan ahead and organise a team to get to this boss as soon as possible.
Your plan should be to get it done within 5 hours or else there isnt much point competing with the top. Anything beyond 5 hours means you are going to be relying purely on luck (luck being you hope everyone else dies that attempts the boss) Familiarity with beta is obviously a factor, but panning and being familiar with racing in general is of more importance. |
