Stuck on loading screen while getting into the third instance / I loose config changes

My Path of Exile client was working fine until last update. Now, I'm getting stuck on the loading screen from my hideout to any master mission or map. Tried waiting up to half an hour. The sound loads as I eventually hear the music of the zone but the game doesn't display.
My graphic card is an NVidia GeForce and for this reason, I have to check an option to launch it properly, or launch it from my NVidia pannel. I tried reinstalling the game, and rebooting my computer but my issue still doesn't gets fixed. I tried loading the Twilight Strands and to my surprise it worked after 1-2 minutes of me waiting. Supposedly, I think my configuration is good enough to handle PoE, as it was until now. I am playing using the Europe Gateway, despite being in Canada right now (I am French and most of my guild is on this server). I hope I gave enough information about my problem. Don't hesitate to ask me about more specific details. Edit : Package is ok. Admin execution doesn't fix it. Everything was fine until last patch (~4 July). v WinMTR stats for the sake of it v

It seems like i have the same problem.
But as i can see, the first location i go from a town always loads fine. For example, if i go to crematorium from the Sarn waypoint (after i ran the game) it works well. But if i go to the Slums from crematorium, game stucks. And if i go to the slums right from Sarn it loads properly, but if i try to get to the sewers from here game stucks. Remove and re-add PathOfExile.exe to your firewall exclusions.
Seems you're having troubles with the server transfers. |

my windows firewall is disabled
but i added paethofexile.exe and client.exe to my antivirus exeptions dunno is it was the reason, but it works now ty |

Thank you for the replies. This could indeed be it as I'm using avast, but I tried ading the files to the exceptions and even deactivating it but it doesn't work =/

FYI: Avast is a piece of crap.
It is almost certainly your issue. Even "disabled" it isn't actually disabled. The only way to truly disable it from what I've seen is to set the settings to the lowest possible threshold, then disable it, then uninstall it. I have a deep burning hatred for Avast. It's more of a virus than the viruses it claims to catch. |

Uninstalling avast didn't solve anything eh :<
This morning I also got a bunch of errors trying to change graphical parameters (forgot to screen ><) It's becoming weirder and weirder |

When you get "stuck", can you Alt+Tab?
If you are able to, are there amt error messages listed maybe hidden behind the window? Also, what was the stuff you were mentioning in your original post about having to launch it oddly because of a Geforce card? I use a gtx 770 and don't have to do anything strange to open the game. edit: can you post a dxdiag.exe export into a spoiler tag here or a pastebin link here? Usually I don't have any error message when I alt tab. This or launching the task manager works, it's just not very responsive (so I have to wait a bit before it kicking in).

Just for future reference, you should put URL tags around links to make them clickable.
I (and many others) browse on phones or other mobile devices which makes copy/pasting links annoying. As for your dxdiag... are you on a laptop? it's not recognizing your dedicated nvidia card. Are you certain PoE is using your dedicated card? Have you also monitored your temperatures to ensure they aren't overheating (since laptops are notorious for it)? When was the last time you installed your drivers from the nvidia website? |
