how do you sustain life here without life on hit gem?

I died with my Marauder but I leveled up a Duelist and I'm level 87 again.
I removed the life gain on hit and I don't think it is needed. Maybe life leech when I get higher dps. The leech I get from Blood Rage is fine now.

I just bought a Hegemony's Era for all currency I had. I need to get more accuracy and and crit on my gear. Dps is 19k with all charges up . Crit chance is 55% with 4 power charges and I can keep them up 100% of the time.

I still need the gloves but the build is ok without the gloves. Knockback is not that bad on cyclone.
I have 6163 life

Following this build and it's working good.. facerolling with my 320 dps axe at low lvl maps atm with sub-par gear.

What are your thoughts on the Berserking notable passive next to the life wheel? Did you do calculations on it?

Update on the build, here is my gear at lvl 83:

49k dps 3 frenzy chards 4 power + Ice golem 4500 hp 40% armor reduction 2k eva

Please update the post with more of the skill tree not just a full on "lvling" tree that goes straight up to 60-70, show how to progress in the tree please. Like a step by step reaching for the nodes.

edit: For example different skill tree links every 20 points or so, so that it's easy to follow and not just guess which direction to go first.
