What is the feature you can't understand why GGG hasn't added yet?

So why has it taken this long to get GGG to awaken to the players needs? I know coding a game of this magnitude and complexity is very hard and time consuming to create but still... going their own way and ignoring core playing conveniences (for example, we all need to know what the itemlevel of a rare item is for the level 60+ Chaos recipes) until now has led to less mtx's from me (and I'm sure many others). Other features such as an in game clock for the very short races or just to keep track of how long until a zone will reset, the prefixes/suffixes so no table memorizing is required (or guessing), the ability to use control-left click to assign skills to the QWERTY keys and the 1..5 flask keys so that leapslamming downward doesn't cause the skill menu to pop up or a flask used accidentally, or better item filtering so we can fine tune the types of loot dropped (and not be an all or nothing) would have been fairly easy to code and would have made our play more enjoyable years ago.

Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration.

The perfect solution to fix Trade Chat:

A way to opt out of the aggressive twitch streams launching while checking leader boards/race threads.
more players in one tradechat (1-xxxx) and at the same time a tradechat cooldown after posting around 1 min......
Guild "Metal" /// POE 1+2 /// NO voice-chat necessary
Sorry if this has been mentioned already but i don't feel like sifting through 9 pages of this thread:

Separate Noticeboards For Trading vs. Grouping

It is sooo annoying trying to find high level map parties/high level groups when act 3 merc noticeboard is just full of: WTB/WTS/WTS/WTS/WTB/WTS/WTS/WTS/WTB/WTS/WTS/WTS/WTB/WTS/WTS/WTS

And then i slip my group idea in there and hope it gets noticed

I can't believe there aren't 2 noticeboards: 1 for trading and 1 for grouping

The grouping noticeboard would promptly be taken over with WTB/WTS parties as well, by people who "don't want to trade on the main trade board because it's full of spam". Much like people who trade in Global chat and use Trade chat scrolling too fast as an excuse
Or they could just grow a brain and prevent players from typing on the party noticeboard at all. Just username, class, level, current zone.

Because what items another character wields is largely relevant for your own enjoyment of the game in a 100% non competitive enviroment?
If it is a 100% non competitive environment, why were those items nerfed in the first place? GGG just felt like being buzzkills?

Yes. Either would be pretty boring.

Because legacy items, if you really feel that you need them, aren't tradeable and a far-off goal in a game that is about grinding?
Tradeability is a moot point; you can trade for them now, you can trade for them after my suggestion. The issue is nerfing items which haven't dropped yet. Why nerf, especially if you don't hit all of them, in a "100% non competitive environment?"

1. Because they nerfed them for temp. leagues aswell to ensure variety. I think they succeeded doing that.

2. My point is that they don't make a impactful difference.

3. As i said, because they nerf them for temp. leagues aswell. I don't know how they manage their database.

Some new and some old things I would like to see:

That already works. Hover over the tab names and use the mouse wheel.
auction house/trading platform.

It maybe sound crazy but it will help to make the trade chat not so messy/distracting/spammy like today, where you cant get any shit becuase the chat is flooded with 10000000 messages in a short time.

There is already some kind of trade platform with poe.trade and i hope it makes it to the game.

Only usable with Ethanol Flasks

GGG loves trading, GGG hates effective noob/user friendly trading.

i dont believe they support this unfinished ingame mechanis for trading.
It looks provisional since closed beta with the overspammed/messy trade-chat.
They finally need to complete the ingame trading possibilities otherwise extern sources like poe trade will still be used.
