I'm not sure if the majority of the population of the world is single because reddit is really more for those that have nothing better to do then talk about how awesome someone is while whoever posted could be a freaking serial killer. I have my pictures posted on Instagram, not afraid to let people know who I am... Nothing to hide. I can't say the same for some people... Some people are just freaking weird.

This forum is essentially dead to me. The changes to the forum policy are pie-in-the-sky moderation style with a heavy hand. I know plenty of people in-game who are of the same mindset.
Reddit might be hostile, but at least the conversation there isn't trimmed into oblivion by moderation...it's trimmed into oblivion by users upvoting/downvoting good/bad stuff. Something this forum could desperately use.... For me, this forum currently only has the following uses: - online access to my characters - store fronts - patch notes (usually get posted on reddit) - the rare news post (that can be gotten on reddit) - beta forums (short lived and frankly mostly useless) So in essence, I could abandon this forum completely save poe.trade storefronts and online character access. I think I might even be able to do the storefronts without this forum anymore. I'm only in this thread out of sheer luck, and a link from reddit for a different topic. Reddit is massively superior for me. Oh yeah, and GGG actually post there, unlike here. The only thing they post here are essentially official announcements. It doesn't currently support store fronts but will in the near future (alongside a scraper similar to poe.trade). There's only one mod there and he has a full time job, two dogs, and a girlfriend so he couldn't moderate that much even if he wanted to, which he doesn't. :p |

I think you're confused. I like the forums, I'm still here...... It's not like you can't use two websites at once. They serve different purposes. Now you're just derailing your own thread with total nonsense.
Oh, and they absolutely can say what they really feel. Chris has me on Skype and I've been trading emails back and forth with Bex for a fair while. I checked it out with Bex thoroughly before even making the damn site.
