Solo Yolo 5 day ~ Any advice from you self found players?

One more KEY vendor recipe for leveling/self-found is the caster +1 recipes for wands/sceptres:

- Any magic wand/sceptre ( blue, use an Orb of Transmutation ...if you're really new :) )

- 1 Orb of Alteration

- Then a basic resist ring of whatever element you want to make the +1 to gem (Ruby,Sapphire or Topaz)

There you have it! Then of course just use a Orb of Augmentation to give it that 1 more mod...good luck

I usually look for a 3-Linked opal/crystal/etc sceptre as those have the highest implicit spell damage possible on weapons which is 20%. Otherwise whatever 3-Linked wand/sceptre you want.


Also if you're new to HC then I'd recommend going very slowly and pay attention to your resists and in particular areas/fights have max of whatever resist you need and even a resist flask to make the encounters immaterial.
