Why don't physical builds use Vulnerability? Its basically 29% more damage

The same damage boost as the old interaction between Crown of Eyes and Pain Attunement.

And yes, it is More Damage despite saying "increased" because it affects enemies, not you.

Cause wasting time cursing when you're in melee range isn't a good idea.

Cause survivability is the bigger issue.

Cause most melee builds have more than enough end-game damage as is.
I think melee physical builds are usually more concerned with survival, and use something like Warlord's Mark instead, and ranged (e.g. bow) builds often dip into elemental damage a bit as well, thus preferring Projectile Weakness to take full advantage of the elemental portion of their damage as well.

That said, I used Vulnerability a lot on my sound-of-diarrhea-everywhere puncture bow ranger few seasons back. :)

I'm sure some of them do.

A lot of melee builds currently have elemental auras and go crit, though, so using Assassin's Mark is a lot better - more crit, more crit damage for ALL damage types, power charges, life/mana on kill, etc.
It is not "more" damage, it is "increased" damage. The difference in words matters. If it was "more" damage; more people would use it.

nope. It says "Enemies TAKE 25% increased damage" not "25% increased damage"

While its additive with other "Take" stats, it is multiplicative with all the additive stats u have.

because bosses (the one thing you need vulnerability for ) reduce the affects of it by 60 -70 %

trash mobs dont need vulnerability , you use assassins mark or warlords mark or temporal chains or in the case of spell builds an elemental curse.
