to anyone who complains about anything in this game go play neverwinter its a terrible game with the worst devs ever and the rng chances of any worthwhile drops is only .001% chance to drop and then you have to roll it with 4 other people to see who gets it.the latency is bad and they wont fix it and they are on a mission to ruin the game. thats the game i came from. go play it and come back youll have a new perspective and appreciate this game much more.

The problem is not that people missed what you said, it's your history of massively nerfing popular builds every major patch cycle. I was already assuming you'd be nerfing bow builds in general, Tornado Shot in specific, and evasion, because of my past experience with things like a spork totem build, a cast on damage taken build, a cast on crit build, a spec throw blood magic aura build, etc etc etc. If I'm able to make a crit-evasion-bow build in the next patch that's even 80% as effective as the one I have now, I'll be extremely surprised. Which, coincidentally, makes me an awful lot less enthusiastic about content updates in PoE than I am in other games, but that's just the way the game goes. Sometimes patches make me quit the game for months at a time, other times they draw me back in. We'll just have to see if the new additions are worth the inevitable beating my favorite characters will take.
