Restart the game. It's the PoE text corruption bug, happens sometimes and doesnt have anything to do with loot filters.

I'm afraid not. Creating subversions and adjusting economy based on leagues is still fairly time consuming, so I currently focus on just one.

This may or may not change over time.

I have a question: I use my filter, based on NeverSink's standard filter. How do I add new pieces of code so I do not have to edit the new filter after every patch or adding new items?

You can use: www.FilterBlade.xyz.

By using the save/load system, you'll import your changes into new versions (only ones done through the customizer though).

I cant upload your own .filter(downloaded 1 min ego from filterblade.xyz) file: @There was an error in your save file. It could be outdated. If you are sure it is a bug, please contact us at Support@FilterBlade.xyz@

Because the .filter file is not the 'save'-file...

If you want to further edit your filter, just load the saveState you made on the "Save & Load" screen on FilterBlade.

Uploading a filter will not work with the FilterBlade customizer and save/load system at all anyway.
