Builds that don't care about map mods

I've been playing some pretty "yolo" builds lately in the SC leagues and while the clear speed is nice, I found that not being able to run many map mods safely hurt my progression and eventually my xp gain. Next time I think I want to roll a build that can run almost any map mod even if it's not fast just decent clear speed.

- I've ruled out most caster builds because half/no regen is very common and they don't tend to have high defenses or any, other than AA
- Summoner would qualify but I find them a bit outdated with the newer high damage enemies like Beyond bosses and positional requirements, minions tend to fall over which can be annoying.
- I guess evasion/Acro builds with high hp would qualify (TS, ST, KB etc.)
- Maybe an Immortal Call build with Saffell's on the armor side of the tree

I'm looking for suggestions. I usually play builds worth 1-10ex + linking costs.

Low-life spectral throw
IGN: Chundaziri
8/8 Ambush/Invasion Complete - 21/06/2014
8/8 Warbands/Tempest Complete - 10/08/2015
low life mjolner doesnt care about anything except -max which can be countered with saffel and flask
OK I forgot to add I usually play builds worth 1-10ex + linking costs.

Crit fire trap, Dual Divinarius + Carcass = steamroll.

Most AA builds can out sustain half regen fyi. No regen is doable, just not preferred. There's so very few map mods that my AA character can't do.
Facebreaker cyclone. RT, blood magic gem, high regen, high leech (switch LL gem with added fire when more deeps are needed, and viceversa). Saffel for elem. bosses & -max, lioneyes remorse for everything else. Budget build.

Can do any map mod combo you can think of. Dual reflect with vuln. & half/no regen, might be a bit nasty, but still not a deal breaker.
When night falls
She cloaks the world
In impenetrable darkness
Why not try for a triumvirate? Focus on three characters that together can run any mod... playing against each others weaknesses.

Much more fun.
with the exception of blood magic , all summoner builds fit the ops request for peanuts.

I was doing 78s with my permanent minion summoner ( just 9 zombies 3 specters and a guardian) in a build where the most expensive item was a 50% spell block rathpith globe.

not really atziri viable since minions are too moronic and cant be tanky enough to survive the easily avoidable dps nukes that boss outputs

but a solid 1.5 exa build none the less.
Cheap. Tanky. High clear speed. Map rolls unimportant.

Pick 3 out of the 4. In PoE, as in life, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Although, to be fair, jbroni is onto something with:

I regularly run both half-regen and no regen on all of my AA chars. As long as your gear is decent enough half-regen isn't enough of a malus to prevent you from using AA and on no-regen maps I simply turn AA off and play carefully. Granted, this will slow your clear speed down somewhat but, since AA is more of a "oh-shit-moments" defence and no-regen only rolls rarely, I don't find the impact of turning it off to be too severe. I think the only map mods which make my AA chars think twice (take note: think twice, NOT avoid) are -max res and temporal chains. But then again all but one of my AA chars have shit for dps.

Which brings us back to the choose 3 from 4 ...
