[1.3] HC Templar Arc - Tanky and powerful hardcore build from scratch

Hi there,

I had a lot of fun playing this build in 1.3, and was pretty attached to it since it was my only character to survive in HC so long.
I was wondering, is there any plan to make an update of the build in order to adapt it to the 2.0 ?
Anyway, thanks for the build and the very well explained guide !
