Acton's Nightmare map... well done GGG!

 I (as a less than hardcore player) am more vocal here about play breaking problems and thus when I played this map last night and came away super pleased with my completion of it I just wanted GGG to know that this map was a joy to play. I ran around it with my Scion ST/DS build for about 10 minutes killing everything and then seeing all the monsters come back to life (Restless Dead) and have to kill them over and over. Then the light bulb over my head came on, I went back to my stash, got a Detonate Dead gem and then proceeded to kill all and explode the dead so they can't resurrect again and again. Pure insane fun to play that map and the higher rarity of drops was nice too. Got a decent higher level unique drop from that map:

Not usable for my current build but maybe a future lightning arc or storm call build (more gear to theory craft with). I hope to find other maps as equally fun to play in the future. Good job GGG!

I got this map in bloodlines from a random zana mission, not her daily.

Was pretty interesting I got a few uniques but the best was:



I pretty much just rush to the boss in that map, then go back and kill everything. The soundtrack though sometimes makes me want to just sit there and listen to it.

Yeah this map is really fun and amazingly well made.

They weren't always though. Cowards trial has always had its ilevel restriction mechanic, but Actions Nightmare didn't really have that great of loot for a while.

honestly all unique maps are really fun. cant think of a single one that flat out sucks.

maelstroms chaos is prolly the most boring one and its still fun because its ledge

I vendored every item that dropped in it when I played it. It was still one of my best experiences in PoE.

Yes, the map has ALWAYS intrigued me, ESPECIALLY the music part of it.

I had no idea @charan that your GF was behind that map.

It was only until relatively recently that the music and design were the reasons to play it, now the loot has pushed it further into the light.
